- Relax in this new town home, while looking out at our beautiful mountains, reading on the covered balcony, or just sitting by the fireplace. There are two bedrooms and a loft/office, large bathrooms, lots of closet space, and large two-car garage. Very modern and spacious, with high ceilings, and new furnishings. The master suite has a large, comfortable king bed, and the second bedroom has a queen canopy bed. The loft has two single beds and a desk. All this plus a laundry room inside the home just in case you need it! There is a large plasma TV in the main living area over the gas fireplace, and an LCD TV on the wall in the master bedroom. All major appliances, linens, and even a few toys for the young and young at heart!

Near major ski resorts in California and Nevada...: Within an hours drive of many major ski resorts in California and Nevada. Only 15 minutes from Mount Rose Ski Resort. About an hour and a half from Squaw Valley Ski Resort. Many major golf courses, both private and public within a 10 minute drive. San Francisco is also a beautiful four to five hour drive.
Walk to great restaurants and nightlife...: There is a shopping center within walking distance. This center has specialty shops, dry-cleaners, bagel deli, sandwich shops, coffee shops, fast-food, grocery store, ice cream store, restaurants and banks. Major department store shopping center, 'The Summit', is less than five minutes. Major casino three miles!
Parks and County Library within walking distance..: Walk right out your front door to area parks, biking and walking paths. Take great evening walks. This is a fun outdoor area with so much to do. Bring your bikes or your ski -equipment, and store them in the garage. Swimming pool and jacuzzi open 10am to 10 pm during summer months. Absolutely NO Smoking Allowed.

I sent an email to the owner and within a few hours we had a response and a confirmation. When we arrived, the owner gave us suggestions of places to dine and tour. The townhouse is very nice and quiet. They have great taste in furnishings and electronics. We would walk to dinner each night. It is only a few minutes from Mount Rose, where we snow skied.
