Entertainment: Enjoy historic New Braunfels and Gruene. Gruene music hall features many famous musicians, check out their websites. Art festivals are plentiful around the area. Shopping for all - antiques, art, toys, sporting and a very large outlet mall sponsored by Tanger and Prime stores sits 15 minutes from the Condo. The Hill Country is proud to introduce you to many of their vineyards and wineries. Walking distance to Schlitterbahn. Tubing down the Comal River is a must, as well as canoeing and swimming. Sailing, skiing, wind surfing on Canyon Lake. San Antonio is 15 miles to the south and San Marcos is 15 miles to the north with Austin 57 miles to the north. Convenient to large cities but situated in a quaint town, surrounded by country side.
Comfort: The condo is newly built with bran new furnishings. Kitchen is complete for all kind of cooking. Linens are fresh with a washer and dryer for convenience.
