Fraser Townhome Summary

Our townhome is part of the new Rendezvous area. It has all the comforts of home along with access to world class mountain biking, downhill and cross country skiing, snowmobiling and more. Up high on the western slope of the Fraser valley, the townhome over looks the town of Winter Park, the ski resort, and Beyer’s Peak. Amenities include a state of the art kitchen, a great room with a gas fireplace and deck. Additional lower level family room and deck. Washer and dryer. Two car garage.

In winter, world class skiing is just minutes away and nordic ski trails are right outside the door. In summer and fall, enjoy hiking, fishing, and mountain biking. Winter Park is home to summer concerts and festivals. Lake Granby and Rocky Mountain National Park are a 30 minute drive. Fun in all seasons!
