Deposits: We require a 50% deposit in order to take the house off the market. The remainder of the payment is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. All major credit cards are accepted. Local taxes are not included (13%).
A two night minimum on weekends and holidays is required. One time pet fee of $30

Suite B – King Size bed, cable TV with DVD player, sitting area, full bath with claw foot tub (including shower capabilities), microwave, and coffee station. This suite can be private with outside access or may be opened up to the rest of the bottom floor of the home for groups wishing to share the entire first floor. Suite C ('The Attic') – Remodeled in March, 2011– This unique & private unit features a living area with a daybed that converts into two twin beds or one king-size bed. The combination living/dining area has a dining table for four, mini fridge, microwave, coffee station, and a new LED flatpanel TV with DVD player. The bedroom has a Queen Size bed & bath with shower.
