Sarasota Condo for Rent: Gated,Private, 4+ acres lush park, 2 Pools, min to beaches,clubhouse& - Property 143954

The 4 1/2 Acre Park : If you “Google” the location (942 La Costa Cir. Sarasota, FL), you will see from the aerial view the 4 ½ acres (it’s just amazing to see it from that view). It is the only acreage within a community in the Sarasota area (that is why we bought it). The complex is like a square block composed of separate units containing 10 condos (5 up and 5 down) The “block” is gated, and we are situated at the back of the complex. The back part backs on to a treed area, so, we park at the back, enter our condo, and the kitchen and the 2nd bedroom is on that side (so we overlook the trees). As you walk into the condo, the living area (and the main bedroom) overlooks the 4 ½ acre park space that is the “middle of the complex”.

Tasteful Decor And Extremely Comfortable: The lanai is off the living room and in the evenings we sit and relax (we have our coffee in the morning on the lanai too) It is unbelievably peaceful. We have really comfortable lanai chairs with matching ottomans, 2 chair stools & a freestanding light, so you could have a seating arrangement with the stools, and separate seating if you want to just sit, put your feet up and relax. We have decorated this condo for us, as we originally were not intending to rent it out. We are non-smokers, so it smells clean and fresh. Our mattresses are pillow top, and cost over a thousand dollars. It has fabulous décor, and is wonderfully comfortable. There’s latte & regular coffee makers, clay pots, cookbooks, videos, books…everything for comfort. We truly enjoy being there. Our furniture is tasteful and extremely comfortable, with butter soft pillows and throws.

Gated Private Community: We chose the second floor for privacy, we felt if we were on the main floor, the living room and the lanai would be open to view if anyone was going for a walk on the path in the “park” area in the middle…also we have no one above us. It is a wonderfully private complex, as it is not a rental resort with transient rentals. These are owner occupied, so it is kept beautifully. Once you come into the gated entry, you feel like you are in your own private community, and you are….I think you would love it as much as we do.
