Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $550 to $1100 per night
  • A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to hold a reservation and must be received within 10 days of reservation. Balance of rental must be received 30 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation the deposit is not refundable but will be credited to a future rental at a date convenient to both parties according to availability. A security deposit of $300/week USD for long distance charges and damages must be included with the balance deposit. All or a portion of the security deposit will be returned 30 days after departure.
  • A gratuity to the staff for the great service that will be provided is appropriate. Recommendations can be discussed before arrival.
