Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

CANCELLATION: Two weeks notice is required for all cancellations. Less then two weeks notice will be charged a $100 processing fee. Less then 3 days notice, 50% of rental fee not refundable. - $150 refundable deposit required. Deposit, cleaning fee and rental fee due 45 days in advance in winter season and 60 days in advance in summer season. Two weeks notice is required for all cancellations.
