Great Place, Prime Location !!!: Brand new condo. very spacious, nicely decorated and fully equipped for your stay. Located just on Route1, near intersection with Route 9/ Lewes/ and Route 404. There is 1.5 mile distance to Lewes beach and Cape May Ferry. Also only 40 min away from famous Dover Casinos and 30 min drive to Ocean City. There are some other beaches to explore, just a few minutes away : Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach. This nice and cozy place is situated in a very quiet and prestigious neighborhood just established community at 'Bay Crossing' Beautifully landscaped common areas with a pond, bike paths and walking path as well as community swimming pool/ open till OCT the 1 ST. The famous Shopping Outlets /Tax Free/ are just 1 block away from the place.
