For reservations made less than 30 days in advance of the arrival date, the security deposit and funds due need to be paid right away. If a secured reservation is cancelled with less than 30 days notice, the security deposit will be applied toward a future stay. If at least 30 days notice of cancellation is given, the security deposit will be refunded.
