- Special Details: EITHER a $500 Security deposit due at time of rental OR purchase of 'Property Damage Insurance' for $59. The deposit will be refunded by mail 14 business days after tenant vacates, depending on condition of unit when inspected. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to cover the cost of cleaning.
Note: Vacation visitor responsible for electricity charges over $100 per monthly rentals, telephone only makes local calls.
All rates are based on double occupancy, additional charges apply for additional persons.
Rent money: first months rent is collected as a deposit for reserving a vacation home. In case of a cancellation tenant is responsible for the term of the lease unless reserved home is re-booked. Rent money will not be refunded unless a written cancellation is received 30 days prior to the beginning of the rental contract. - Peak rate is $1,700 per month for double occupancy. Reduced rate for the off peak season. Weekly rents also available. Enjoy the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Plenty of golf and shopping nearby.
