Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Xmas/New Year $699/week.
$85 end of stay cleaning fee is charged on stays of less than 6 nights.
Minimum stay 2 nights.
Deposits:
A booking and damage deposit of $200 for the first week and $100 for each additional week ($50 per day) secures the booking and the rental cost is due 45 days prior to your arrival.
Refunds:
One week after checkout date, the damage deposit will be sent back to Renter in case the property does not have any damages that lead to repair.
Prices Include all taxes.
Pool heating is an additional optional $150 per week or $25 daily plus tax.

Sleep peacefully in the master bedroom overlooking the pool which has a five poster king bed with a telephone, television, walk-in closet and private bath. Or, choose the other master suite which has a queen bed and private bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds while the fourth bedroom has two bunk beds. The third and fourth bedrooms share a hall bath.
