- All bedrooms upstairs have wood floors, are air-conditioned (central heating) and custom decorated. Two out of the three bedrooms have their own private verandas, the master bedroom has en-suite marble bathroom. The other two bedrooms share their own marble bathroom. All three bedrooms share a sitting room and a large veranda. The sitting room can certainly accommodate another person or two in a pinch. The downstairs bedroom with two single beds with en-suite bathroom with walk in shower! It is perfect for guest who cannot easily negotiate steps! It is also a beautiful study play room fool of sun and gorgeous views. This study is a splendid sunroom in the winter time. Enjoy the warmth of the sun with the splendid views. Inquire about 5th bedroom suite by the pool if you need more space and or privacy. Inquire about price.
