This house is simply breathtaking. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the Florida River from your private deck. Sample a week of tranquility in our private riverside nature park and resort.
Avalon Acres 'Just a Perfect Place'. : Located off Highway 550, 4 1/2 miles north of the New Mexico/Colorado border. 12 Miles south of Durango.
