Yes, House is available to rent by the month between MD and LD - please inquire. - Weeks = May and September $4,500. Oct and April $4,000. all other weeks $3,500. Deposit for Weeks $1,500.
Weekends = In the off season (except Holidays) $2,500. Deposit for Weekends $1,000.
Holidays/Long weekends: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Presidents' Day, Martin Luther King, Columbus Day, Super Bowl = $2,500 - 3,500.
Holidays/Weeks: Christmas or New Years 2009 = $4,000 - $4,500.

The first level the House is dedicated entirely to community spaces. Living room, dining area, media room, eat-in kitchen are all open, airy and sunny spaces. All linens, towels provided. We recommend 6 people for this house. Please discuss with us if you plan to have more people sleep over.
