Enjoy swimming, beach volleyball, tennis and walk to bay beaches. Ocean beaches nearby. Regular price if rented by the week is $5500 per week.

Cleaning fee is $250 and Property Damage Insurance is $89. These are deducted from the security Deposit at the end of the rental term. Security deposit for long weekends: $1000; Security deposit for week or longer: $1500 - Weeks = Weekly rentals in the months of May and September $4,000. Weekly rentals in the months of Oct and April $3,500. Deposit for Weeks $1,500. Holiday week rates apply, see below.
Weekends = In the off season (except Holidays), Thursday night to Monday AM, $2,500. (Deposit for Weekends is $1,000) (holiday weekend rates apply, $3,000, depending on size of group).
Summer Week long rentals (when available): June--$4,500; July--$5,500; August-- $5,500
Labor Day week available: Monday, August 26--Monday, September 2 (7 nights)--$5,500
Summer Weekend rentals (when available): June--$3,000; July+ August--$3,500

- 4 full baths are in the upper level of house. 5+ bedrooms; includes a Master suite with Jacuzzi bath; separate In-law living space with its' own bathroom and kitchenette. The first level the House is dedicated entirely to community spaces. Living room, dining area, media room, eat-in kitchen are all open, airy and sunny spaces. All linens, towels provided. We recommend 6-12 people for this house. Please discuss with us if you plan to have more people sleep over. There are additional finished bedrooms in the finished basement.
