St. Croix Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $100/ night Specials $975-$1,200/ week
- Christmas and New Years weeks are $1,500 plus 8% tax.
- $975/week is the normal weekly rate for mid April thru mid December.
$1,200/ week is the rate for Mid Dec thru Mid April.
We generally take 25% by check to hold the dates and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you would like to pay by credit card we can arrange that as well. In this case we take the entire amount up front.
We take monthly rentals occasionally. We do take traveling nurses too. Ask us about vehicle rentals as well!!

- Our bathrooms have been completely remodeled as of Dec 2010. We removed the sheetrock from the walls and ceilings and removed the tile on the floor ans showers. Our master has a brand new tile shower with glass doors, a brand new handicap toilet and a new vanity, mirrow and all new fixtures. This cool blue bathroom also features a beautiful tropical murral on the wall. The 2nd bathrooms has a brand new tub, tile surround, tile floor, vanity and fixtures. This bathroom is a soft caribbean green. They are tastefully modern with a splash of Caribbean.
