North Woodstock Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $180-$200 per night; $850-$950/week, $1500-$1650/mo depending on season.
- Rental Information:
•Two night minimum stays only, longer minimum stays during holiday periods.
•Cancellations must be made at least three weeks in advance of your reservation date in order to receive your deposit back, less a $20.00 processing fee.
-$50.00 addtional rent for each additional adult couple will be added to the rental rates.
•Deposits will be forfeited if cancellations are made within three weeks of your reservation date.
•Renter of record must be at least 21-years of age and able to provide a valid identification and a credit card for purposes of a security deposit.
•50% deposit is required upon booking. Seasonal rent deposit is one and one half months rent.
•Check-in is 4:00pm on your day of arrival – Check out is 11:00am on the day of your departure.
•Sorry no pets.

The fourth sleeping area is a very large the loft area with a queen sized futon, it is not private, the fifth sleeping area is a queen sized pullout in the den (new).
