Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Daily ($500) Weekly ($2,500-$3,000) Monthly rates available: Inquire with owner.
  • Please Note:
    Special rates apply during high season. High season is variable and is
    strictly defined by current events scheduled in Austin.

    Discounts available for extended stays.

    High Season:
    $700/night minimum
  • 50% non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee a reservation.

    Full payment and security deposit (cash/cashiers check) required upon check in.
