Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Please call owner to discuss special rates not listed. MC/Visa payments are accepted. A $200.00 refundable security deposit and 40% of the rental fee is required to hold a reservation. Final payment is due 4 weeks prior to the date reserved. A signed rental agreement required.
Cancellation Policy. 50% refund of deposit if cancelled 8 weeks prior to the beginning of rental date. Rental deposit forfeited if cancellation is made less than 8 weeks, but may be used as a deposit on a future available open date within two years. For emergency reasons owner reserves the right to cancel anytime with a full refund given. - There is a $45.00 rental insurance which will cover the rental property for $3000.00 worth of accidental damages to the property while the renter is residing. In addition there is a $200.00 refundable security deposit which is refunded if all the terms of the agreement are met.

- A cozy and romantic 22' X 20' upper level Master Bedroom with a king size bed and seating area for reading. Large windows allow you to wake to the beautiful sunrises off the lake. Lounge on the front balcony that opens from the MB. Newly remodeled downstairs bedroom includes a Queen bed. The large 22' X 22' family room has a double and twin fold out coach and a twin trundle bed that sleeps 2. The unfinished basement also has a queen fold out couch and futon. Can sleep up to 9 people. In the summer a 10-man tent with mattresses allow additional guests to camp.
