Peoria Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- We ask for one-half of the rent to be paid to guarantee the reservation with the remaining half due at least 60 days prior to arrival. The entire amount is refundable if cancellation occurs at least 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will be refunded at 50% or in full if re-rented. No refunds for cancellations within 10 days of arrival date.
- A non-refundable pet fee of $200 is charged for small pets. Inquire about pet policy.

These are really two master suites as the second bath is near the guest bedroom, and it is across the living room from the master bedroom for maximum privacy.

- The simply furnished large master bedroom has a walk-in closet and bathroom that has been remodeled from a fiberglass tub/shower to a large tiled shower with a seat. High-speed cable Internet access is available. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a night stand and chest with mirror. The large walk-in closet has plenty of storage space. The linen closet has beach towels, extra towels, and kitchen linens. The love seat in the living room converts to a twin bed.
