Full Lodge, Ski Season
Weekend: Fri,Sat,Sun(except for Christmas/N.Year holiday): $425 per night, minimum 2 nights
Weekdays : Mon-Thur $325 per night, minimum 2 nights
Weekly: $2200 (6 nights)
Christmas Holiday(6 nights): $2500, or $450 per night minimum 4 nights.
February vacation (Feb 13-21)@ $375 week day, $450 weekend (also MLK wknd)
Monthly: $6800
Ski Season Dec1 - April 1 $16000
Summer Rates:
Memorial Day - Sept. 25: $325 per night, 2 night minimum
$1550 per week (6 nights)
Fall Rates:
September 26th - October 15th:
$425 per night, 2 night minimum
$2400 per week (6 nights) - Individual Room Rates Depending on Availability
Note: 2 night minimum: Short term rentals subject to state tax 9%
Master Suite: $125 per night
Balcony Room: $120 per night
Other bedrooms: $100 per night
In addition: Long term rental will be subject to 75% of heating (oil and gas) costs.
