If you plan to sleep six in the unit, please keep in mind that there are two single beds in the guest bedroom, a king in the master, and a pull out coach (new 2007) which sleeps two if they are children or adults on good terms. Six adults is maximum. No exceptions.

Notes: This is a relatively new building, opening in 2007. We do not smoke, so although we have not designated this a non-smoking unit, non-smokers will not find that it is, essentially, a non-smoking unit. Also, the 2000 square feet size of condo includes the penthouse bar and solarium and terraces off the kitchen and Master bedroom. If you prefer small, boutique style condos to large impersonal condo complexes, Condo Cristina will appeal to you. With only four condos in the building, you don't have to worry about noisy neighbors keeping you up all night. You can enjoy the beautiful chaos of 5th Ave, only a block away, spend the day at Mamitas or Tukan beaches less than four blocks away, then return to the pool at Condo Cristina, and enjoy a cocktail or a cold beer at the bar on your own private penthouse solarium. It doesn't get much better than that.
