Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- SUNDAY-FRIDAY SPECIAL: $900.00 Jan. and Feb. (Excluding X-mas Week, New Years Week and Martin Luther King Weekend)
A $500.00 security deposit is taken at the time of booking. It is fully refundable.
50% deposit is due at the time of booking and the remainder 50% is due 30 days prior to your stay.
There will be an extra 25 charge for not removing trash.
Owners will consider long term rentals of 6 months or more.
Must be 25 to rent this property.
