Vacation properties are rented far in advance.
It is therefore difficult to fill a vacancy as the lease term approaches.
Cancellation more than 60 days prior to lease term may receive a 50% refund of the full payment.
Should landlord be able to release vacancy an additional 25% will be returned.
If unable to re-rent tenant will lose all of their deposit.
If cancellation is within 30 days of lease date no refund will be available however, tenant will receive a voucher, to be used within 18 months of cancellation and reserved 60 days in advance.
Tenant will be required to pay difference between new rate and rate they paid at time of this lease.

Playa Hermosa House Details
Outside: Opulence abounds throughout the entire property. The Infinity Pool visually merges into the Ocean and provides cooling relief from the continuous sunshine. The comfortable covered patio provides shade for reading or lounging while permitting unobstructed views. The separately covered grilling area is surrounded by a sunbathing open stone patio which spaciously flows to the the pool's step down entrance. A stainless steel gas grill anxiously awaits preparation of your 'daily catch'. There is an outdoor shower for washing off any sandy memories of your day at La Playa. All this and much more abounds the perimeter of the Villa.
Inside: Inside you will find a full sized and modernly equipped American Kitchen. Stocked with all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare any meal you might desire. There are stools and a eat on countertop avoiding the necessity to eat at the spacious 8 chaired dining table. Music fills the Villa from a embedded stereo speaker system. Comfortable seating abounds in a grand expense of luxurious space. High Speed Wireless Internet is accessible throughout the Villa and grounds. TV, DVD, Internet and all the modern electronic conveniences can be found at the Villa.
Beachfront Golf: As with all Beachfront Properties Rentals, Renters of 'Encantadora' will have golf privileges at Papagayo Golf and Country Club at reduced rates. Daily space is limited to 4 rounds of golf and subject to availability. See your Beachfront representative for further information.
