Next morning you can walk to the beach or watch the butterflies while having your morning coffee on the expansive terrace overlooking the pool and tropical gardens. Step inside and feel the tropics all around you in the colorful, airy, open kitchen, dining and living areas. Gaze at the ocean sunset from the roof top terrace. And finally, choose between a private, late night swim or luxuriating in the jacuzzi tub. And when need be, take sanctuary in the elegantly simple master bedroom.

Policy: 50% deposit is required upon signing of lease. The final 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. A security deposit of $500 is due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking is made 30 days or less from the time of arrival, the full amount is due immediately.
Cancellation Policy: All deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to arrival, all monies on deposit will remain on account for a period of one year from the signing of the lease allowing the guests to re-book at a future date within one year of the signing of the lease. Future rentals may or may not be of the same value depending on availability and season. Tenant will be required to pay difference between new rate and rate they paid at time of the lease.

To begin your stay you will be met by our concierge who is available throughout your stay to assist with all your needs. There is broadband Internet access available. The house is a non-smoking house, please respect absolutely no smoking inside. The kitchen is fully equipped. Dining areas are available to you both indoors and out. This is a very airy, spacious, livable home. We welcome children, as we have children of our own! Just keep a close eye on them because of the irresistible pool! And the Pool! Its nice and long, so take morning laps if you like.
Maid Service: For a week rental, three days of maid service are included in the rental rate. If guests would like additional maid service that service is available at $35/day.

Surrounding Area: Playa Hermosa is extremely conveniently located to many Costa Rican Attractions. Easy drives to the volcanoes, canopy tours, a myriad and sundry options of outdoor sporting. At Playa Hermosa beach itself, which is only about two minutes from the house, is wind-surfing, dive shops, banana boating, paddle boating, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, fishing boats, you name it. Come and see for yourself!
