Our home is available for the winter 'season' of 2008-09. Monthly rentals in winter are generally $14,000 plus tax, cleaning fee and refundable damage deposit. Thanksgiving week is $5,000 plus tax etc. Christmas and New Year's weeks are $6,500 each plus tax etc or $11,000 for both weeks. 'Season', ie three months from January 5th to April 5th, is available for $39,000 plus tax etc. Easter week is $5,000 plus tax etc. Ask about annual rents.
