- Bathroom 3 is a Jack and Jill bath shared by bedrooms 2 and 3. All but Bathroom 4 are located on second floor. Bathroom 4 is located on first floor. There is also an enclosed 'Beach Shower' located adjacent to the back patio which is convenient for washing off sand and sun block when returning from the beach. This is great for rinsing off some of the excess sand off the children before going back in the house!

- All five bedrooms are located on the second floor. The spacious Master Bedroom Suite includes a king size bed, large in suite bathroom with separate walk-in shower, soaking tub, private toilet room, and double vanity. The Master Suite also has a walk-in closet with abundant shelving and storage space for luggage, etc. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are called 'Jack and Jill' as they share a bathroom which has a pedestal sink, custom tiled shower in the corner turret and a private toilet room. Both bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen sized beds. Bedrooms 4 and 5 each have full size beds with twin bunk beds above each. Guests in bedrooms 4 and 5 can use a full hall bath which has a double vanity with a private toilet, tub/shower room. This home offers two second floor balconies, one located in the Master Suite with a water view of the marina and the second balcony is off bedroom 2 at the front of the house. The Master Suite as well as bedrooms 2 and 3 are large enough to accommodate a baby crib.
