- Rates for off peak (8/1/09 to 11/30/09) are $1800 per week with deposit, 9% tax & cleaning fee extra. Weekend is 2 night min of $650.00 Holiday $325 extra night. Month is calendar month off peak for $4,500; deposit, tax & cleaning extra. Dog is considered with extra deposit.

This home is located on Loon Mtn with membership in Loon Mtn health/sports club. Access to mtn activities by walking or by ski shuttle which stops at driveway, coming approximately every half hour during ski season. Private home affords greater privacy and location gives exceptional views.
Ski: Home is located on Loon Mtn. Ski shuttle every 1/2 hour. Stops at driveway. Garage parking for 2 cars. Plowing included in rental.
