Payments: A security deposit in the amount of $275 is due within 7 days of making your reservation, in order to confirm your reservation. The rent should be paid via check or credit card at 50% sixty (60) days Before your arrival date. There are no exceptions to this rule. Your balance is due fourteen (14) days Before your arrival date. If you make your reservation within 14 days of your arrival date, we must receive full payment plus security deposit as soon as possible. State taxes to be applied at 9.75%. We accept credit card payments via phone or via PayPal online. To avoid extra cleaning charges, please make sure the Checkout sheet is fully complied with.
