Vashon Island House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Summer Rate (June-September): $1400 per week, plus taxes and cleaning fee, one week minimum
- Mid season rate (October-May) $1100 per week, plus taxes and cleaning, one week minimum. Deposit of 50% due on booking, with remainder and $250 deposit due within 30 days prior to arrival. If reservation is canceled prior to 30 days before arrival, deposit fee will be retained. If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be given. Deposit will be returned 30 days after departure, subject to retention for damage or replacement. Lease agreement will be sent once reservation is made. Cleaning fee of $115 will be added to rental amounts, $125 for 4 or more people and $150 for six or more people

Vashon Island House Details
This lovely, serene home is on two and half acres. There are beautiful gardens, a large lawn that is perfect for games, croquet, football and an extraordinary number of unusual trees and varieties of bushes. The house faces west and gets beautiful sunsets many evenings. The house is located approximately 15 minutes from downtown Vashon, 20 minutes from the ferry to Seattle and 15 minutes from the ferry to Tacoma. A new hot tub and large patio and deck share a panoramic view of Puget Sound. A short walk down to the beach provides a lawn, teahouse and access to the water. The property is very secluded and private, unlike many beach front properties and you will find it restful and relaxing.
