Hudson House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates in US Funds - all rates are plus a cleaning fee
- A deposit of 25% of the Total Rental Amount must be received 10 days after booking in order for the time to be guaranteed. The balance to be received a minimum of 1 month prior to arrival and must be drawn on a US bank to allow time for it to clear.
- Weekly rentals are 3.00PM EST check-in to 11.00AM EST check-out.
If you wish to cancel, written notification must be given within 90 days of arrival otherwise a refund will not be given.
