- We require 35% down to hold a booking.The $500 security deposit that can be held on file with a credit card. This deposit is held to ensure no damage has occurred, no items are missing and no extra cleaning is needed. During the high season, Rentals start on either a Saturday or a Sunday. ARRIVALS ARE AFTER 3PM AND DEPARTURES BEFORE 11AM.
We require the balance to be paid in full 8 weeks in advance of your booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 booking fee, this covers bankcard fees,postage and time spent.
Refunds will be made as long as we are able to rebook the week you have reserved!! - We accept master card or visa,discover or a personal check
Reservations must be made 10 days, prior to arrival.
Dogs are welcome, their will be a charge if extra cleaning is needed.
All dog waste must be picked up before departure.
WINTER MONTHS:
During the winter season, you may have to deal with ice and snow. It's
advisable to have a 4 wheel drive automobile for safe travel in the area!!

Central to all the activities in the area, fishing ,boating, hiking,Caves,Mount Rushmore,Badlands,Deadwood, Sturgis ,5 public golf courses and much more.
