Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Rates shown are for minimum nights’ bookings – our minimum is 5 days.
For longer stays the rates are reduced by $20 per night ( for 2 to 4 week stays) and another $20 per night for 4 weeks or more.
A $250 deposit is required at time of booking, $150 of which is refundable and $100 is for in/out cleaning of the villa.
Payment in full is required 2 months prior to arrival except for Christmas holidays which must be paid in full 3 months prior.
Hawaii occupancy tax is currently 13.42% - Tax ID for the State of Hawaii is W30358266.
