Deposit: $250 (fully and promptly refunded as long as there is no damage to the property).
Check-in: 3 PM. Check-out: 10 AM. Early check-in/late checkout can be arranged depending on availability.
Cancellation Policy: One month cancellation notice required to avoid any forfeiture of deposit.
If you cancel within two weeks of booked dates, you will forfeit the $250 deposit.
If you cancel 14-30 days before the booked dates, you will forfeit $150 of deposit. - Rates are for 6 guests, additional fees apply for extra guests, see above.
