More about our Beaches - nice sand, no rocks: Beach You can walk to the beach...the beach is about a 10 minute (easy) walk -that's to the bayside, where the water is warmer, no waves, sandbars for the kids to play...very very calm water and the sunset side of the Cape. You can also get weekly beach stickers - or if you did end up with a group of people - some people could walk to the beach and then you could drive the kids and the beach stuff and drop it off with the car that has the sticker on it. The outer beach - is the ocean beach - a 5 - 10 minute drive (if you go to the local beach in Truro - but there are MANY beautiful beaches in the area - we're right in the middle of the Cape Cod National Seashore); at the Ocean beach - you and the kids can boogie board, body surf or actually go surfing if the waves are big enough. the water is colder, but since you're usually more active on that side - you don't notice the temperature as much. Sometimes we bounce back and forth from the ocean beach to the bay beach

Kids, the Yard, Parking, Misc: Kids and the Yard Oh yes, and the kids will have a really great time. Excellent yard. How old are they? I'll give you some ideas on what they can do around here. If they're old enough - we have a giant 'sand box' (actually - a big sand area that my son and his friends dug when they were little boys that we're making into a kids play area now in our yard) and also a very large basketball/roller court in our front yard (which is partially landscaped and partially natural vegetation) Parking There is lots of parking at the house. Big driveway with side parking areas. So, if you want to invite friends down to visit - go ahead - plenty of spaces for everyone.

Bedrooms, Kitchen, YOU'LL LOVE IT!: Kitchen You'll also have a kitchen with all the dishes, pots, pans, utensils, spices.... Bedrooms The house is wonderful! Each bedroom is very private. The master bedroom on the top floor is Phenomenal!! The Bedroom on the middle floor is so peaceful - and the two bedrooms on the first floor are at opposite ends from each other - so they're very quiet...there are 4 bathrooms. Everyone will feel that they have their own space to go to at night, yet the common spaces make for a wonderful family or group gather spot....it's just great. If there's something specific you need before you come - just let me know - i could probably arrange to find it for you if we don't have it already - within reason (actually - I don't know of anything that's unreasonable!) So come on down. I know you will love my house.
