- Both bedrooms have ceiling fans for those who do not want the air conditioner on all the time. Master bedroom has cable with DVD player, full private bathroom and large closet with very good storage. Two large dressers provide ample clothing storage for your stay. Second bedroom has large walk-in closet. Two single beds are perfect for kids and large dresser provides them with plenty of clothing storage. Living Room has beautiful new sofa bed than can sleep two.

Deer Track Golf Course on-site: Deer Track is a total golf resort, complete with a natural turf driving range, putting greens, and two championship 18-hole masterpieces that will challenge every level of player. Here, you'll find an old style course with spectacular lakes and ponds, over sized greens, and manicured fairways. Deer Track is located just south of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. If you have not played us in a few years, come back to see for yourself what a difference we have made. Deer Track's specialties include group tournaments, clinics, teaching instruction, and banquet facilities. The Toski Links offers wide tree lined Bermuda fairways with picturesque landing areas. Redesigned in 1996 with Tifdwarf Bermuda greens and strategically placed mounds and swales, the Toski Links is a favorite for players of any caliber who enjoy Myrtle Beach golf. The South Course has Bermuda greens and redesigned holes with appeal.
Welcome to Surfside Beach! 'The Family Beach': Visitors may access the beach from any of the Town's 36 access points. Wheelchair access is available at the 3rd Avenue North entrance, Surfside Pier, and Melody Lane accesses. Special Beach wheelchairs are available through the Surfside Beach Public Safety Department. Please visit the Department at 811 Pine Drive or call (843)913-6368 for more information. Restroom facilities, showers, and foot washes can be found at the several beach access points. Picnic shelter is also available. Surside Beach of South Carolina caters to families and has family events. See their calendar of events and try out something new.

Completely furnished in 2006 and the unit itself is not very old. When you stay, send feedback because we'd love to hear from you and want good people to stay again. We're a family that loves to come here on vacations too and not career renters, so we care about this place. Stay and see!
