There is a $85 cleaning fee per visit ($100 for stays longer than 30 days), plus a damage deposit of $150 which is refundable within one week of check-out.

Refunds
Your 50% deposit will be refunded in full up to 30-days before check-in date. There is no guaranteed refund beyond 30 days prior to check-in date, however, if I am able to rent to another party for the dates you had reserved, I will return your payment to you.
Taxes
