Cancellation Policy: Hopefully you will understand that once you reserve the unit, all others are turned down. Therefore my cancellation policy is to refund all nights that I can rebook minus an admin fee($100). You may want to consider trip insurance, if you are concerned about an illness or special circumstance.
Rates are for party of 2 persons, using one bedroom; add $10 for each additional persons.
Deposit for blocking your nights; final payment due 60 days before arrival (seasonal).
Hawaii Tax ID # W0065520-01 - Rates are for a min of a week (7 nights). Shorter stays are possible, but cost more per night. Check with owner.
IRONMAN rates are higher and minimum booking of 10 nights required.
