Seattle Townhome Summary

This is a cozy, small townhouse with lots of light. In addition to the two bedrooms, there is a rooftop deck and a small den/office. We have provided cable TV and cable internet via Comcast. The townhouse is WIFI. There is a computer on site for your use. The full bathroom includes a jetted tub. The townhouse has a washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher and two televisions. The townhouse is less than two blocks from Green Lake Park in a quiet residential area. Starbucks and several restaurants are within walking distance. The townhouse is just minutes off I-5, less than 10 minutes by car to the University of Washington and just over 10 minutes to downtown Seattle. There is a direct busline to downtown Seattle, the Seattle Center and the Waterfront and to the Northgate Shopping Mall. A few blocks away there is a direct bus to the University of Washington.
