- Rates above are for rental of main house only. Guests who will use the additional facilities of the separate casita will pay an additional $50/night or $200/week.
- 50% deposit due within 10 days of booking. Balance due no later than 45 days before rental starts. Deposits returned if booking is canceled with more than 45 days notice, less 10% handling fee. Deposits are not refundable within 45 days of rental start. All deposits for Christmas and New Year's week rentals are non-refundable.

- The master bathroom is part of the 1st floor master suite. It features a separate WC and a walk-in closet. The bathroom itself features his and hers hand-painted Talavera sinks, plentiful drawers and cabinets, and an amazing, sunken soaking tub and shower with floor-to-ceiling windows for luxury bathing in a jungle setting. The 1st floor half-bath and 2nd floor full bath feature colorful rainforest murals painted by a local artist. The separate casita has a full bath.

- The serene master bedroom, with king size bed, has ocean views and direct access to the pool and veranda, perfect for late night swimming. The 2nd floor guest suite, with queen size bed, has access to its own private veranda overlooking two Mexican fountains and with jungle and valley views, and rooftop deck with ocean views. The adjacent media room has comfortable lounge seating for viewing TV and movies (with Satellite SkyTV and DVD/VCR). For families with small children or teens, this room also serves as a third bedroom with either two twin beds, or, with a quick furniture shift, a queen size, bed height Aerobed if that is preferred. For large groups, our separate casita is available, adding an additional bedroom and bathroom and greater privacy. A second queen size air bed can be set up in the living room of the main house or the casita. The villa's very flexible floor plan allows for a variety of sleeping arrangements for anywhere from 4-10 persons.
