Venice House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $2750 single month, $600 discount per month for multiple months
- Monthly or multiple months only - No short terms Our pricing is based on monthly leases and a 7% rental tax will be added to the base rent, as will the $125.00 cleaning fee. Multiple months receive a discount, and longer term leases will be considered (see rate schedule). Payment may be by check, money order, or wire transfer. Deposit is 50% to book and hold the reservation with balance at check in. Keys and garage door opener will be given at check in. Cancellations are subject to terms in our lease contract.
- $2,750.single month - 2 months or more $2100 per month. Yearly rate negotiable and depending on furnished or unfurnished. Possible lease option. Pets are welcome upon approval (we must check with our insurance company on all canine breeds) and for a non-refundable pet fee of $250.00

Venice House Details
We are approximately 4 miles from some of the most gorgeous beaches in Florida and charming downtown Venice. A day trip to the tree lined downtown area will afford you with a variety of boutiques, antiquing, dining, wonderful park with tennis courts, at times concerts and other activities. The Venice 'Jetty' is a favorite spot for celebrating the setting of the sun and watching for dolphins. Just down the beach to play, dance and share music. It is a don't miss' experience for young and old. Golf courses abound in Venice and surrounding towns.(Call ahead for the times and play requirements.) If you prefer walking, you are only a few blocks from grocery shopping, restaurants, specialty stores and the health park. Sarasota, just miles north, is one of the cultural centers of Florida with the Van Wezel Theatre, Mote Marine Laboratories, the Ringling Museum of Art and many more attractions and of course, the spectacular bay front park and marina on US 41.
I-75 is only a few miles away and this major highway can make day trips to Disney Theme Parks, Sea World, Tampa, Ft. Myers and Naples an easy drive. All water sports and activities, golf, tennis and other activities are also within a short drive. (We have a short list of attractions, parks, beaches, etc. with directions to these spots available.) There are activities for all ages and interests in and around Venice/Sarasota. Once here, you won't want to leave!
Golf: This beautiful area of Venice has twenty public golf courses for your fun and pleasure and also has five semi-private golf courses that you can take advantage of. Public golf welcomes you, they have golf shops, golf instruction, practice facilities, rental clubs and 18 hole par 72. Just waiting for you to come and enjoy the beauty of Venice area golf courses.
Other Activities: 2.5 hours to Orlando/Disney, 1.2 hours to Ft. Myers Edison Home, etc.
