Rental Rate Notes : To place a reservation request a rental application. We require a deposit of $400.00 to hold a reservation. Nightly, weekly, and monthly rates are available. See 'Availability' Calendar.
Deposits: $400.00 to hold a reservation. Deposit of 50% of rents are due 30 days prior to arrival. The balance is due upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure after owner inspection. A $100.00 non-refundable cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit.
Refunds: Up to 60 days prior to arrival - 50% of the security deposit. Less than 60 days prior to arrival - no refunds.
