Cambridge House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $399/night low season, $499 mid season & $4,999 per week in Summer
- Low season minimum stay is two nights.
Mid season minimum stay is three nights in June and September; two nights otherwise.
Summer season is weekly-only
Credit Card payment available; however additional fees apply.
Cleaning fee for a partial week is $299, includes linens - TERMS:
Rental period is from Saturday 4:00pm to Saturday 10:30am.
$500 Deposit is required to hold a rental; Full Payment is due 60 days from Start Period.
There is a $275 cleaning fee per rental. for weekly rentals and $299 for shorter stays. Includes linens.
Security deposit is required prior via credit card authorization.
The pool will be serviced prior to your stay. If you wish to have them clean the pool for you the cost is $75 per visit. Use of Pool heater is additional and should be arranged in advance.
Pets considered with additional terms - call. There is a 7-day/week boarding kennel nearby.
We *strictly* maintain a non-smoking house for the comfort of our guests.
State Rental Taxes to be paid by guest (currently 5%)

Sleeps sixteen comfortably. Third Floor is 1000 square feet - two bedrooms sleeping eight and a sitting room with couch and TV.
800 square feet of porches invite the outdoors in to this large, luxurious home 12 months out of the year. The house is situated with water only 100 feet away; Hudson Creek is only yards from the back door.
The exterior is traditional, but the interior has a striking, open floor-plan. The ceilings are tall - 9 feet on the first floor and 8.5 feet on the second. The kitchen, dining room, family room and sun-room are all a single open space of over 1000 square feet - yet it's a very warm house. The hardwood floors are simply beautiful, and show a brilliant bright hue. The wide, traditional colonial trim provides detail and interest throughout.
