What a vacation place! Right in the middle between a voted number one beach of America (2005) and 1.5 hour drive to Orlando. What does that mean for your vacation? You decide what to do just after the weather report for the next day. And you will spend the night after you drove home - in your own bed! It’s convenient, 1.5 hours driving is no stress at all, you don’t have to spend 3 days in a row in the theme parks around Orlando to avoid lots of driving. The Ft. De Soto beach, just 12 minutes away from your vacation home, is very special. Not just a shore line, but a real recreation area that is worth the title No. 1 beach in the US. The north beach is famous for the bays, the pine trees and palm trees, the refreshment areas and the space, that makes this place remarkable. It’s worth every minute driving - because it’s not just a beach.

Well, the vacation house: bright, modern, open ceiling, always kept on high level of maintenance. Best of all: not only three bedrooms, but three! bathrooms as well. And every section gives the most concerning privacy. The combination of each bedroom/bathroom is created like an apartment, a door separates these 2 rooms from the living-room. It’s great, when you travel with friends, it’s convenient if you are a family. And - you won’t have one gigantic master-bedroom and another two tiny little bedrooms. No, they are about same convenience size. Yes the master bedroom is a little more space - but between you and me - absolutely no reason to stop a friendship between close friends. As an artist I made photos and a little film about the house and the beach and St. Petersburg. - Isn't that wonderful, when you come back from the beach or have had a great day in Orlando and three parties don't have to share two showers. You don't have to wait, that is really convenient - and the one who is ready first - has free access to the Internet all day long and for free. Or you use the DVD-Player. Or you picture your next adventure day around Orlando or you are looking forward to a beach day tomorrow.

- This makes the difference, whether you travel with your family or even more, you are together with friends. There is a door which separates each bathroom / bedroom combination from the living and dining area. That means there is no preferred bedroom and there is no fighting between friends who gets the best room. This 'privacy policy' (sounds strange?) is great, when you don't want to show up with an imperfect hairdo or without makeup, just to see the bathroom.
