One mile walk to Private Moody Beach or the famous white sands of Ogunquit Beach. On the corner of Route One and Bourne Avenue, so the Trolley can take you North to the Wells Plaza where there is a movie cinema, antique stores and local restaurants; or South, to Ogunquit Village and Perkins Cove, where there are many shops, museums and taverns.

Directions to DBA 12 Bourne Ave: Coming North or South on I-95, Take Exit 19 (OLD EXIT 2) Wells/ Sanford Exit--Go through the tolls (no paying), Take a LEFT, Following Rte 9 to the end. You will see Cumberland Farms in front of you. Take a RIGHT onto RTE One, You will then go through the next three (3) lights, 1)= Rite Aid on your right. USA Inn on your left, 2)= Haddock Jacks on your right. Wells Plaza on your left, 3)= Extra Mart to your right, At the fourth light (4th) Jake's Seafood on your left, TAKE that LEFT, 12 Bourne Ave is the very first driveway on the left. BACK HOUSE DOWN APT PARKING IS IN FRONT OF THE FENCE.
