There is a 2 day minimum. The fee is 175/night during the week and $200/night for weekends and holiday after MAY 1st. Prior to MAY 1st, the fee is $1300/ mos. or $600/week - Please don't hesitate to write with questions regarding availability. Short or very long term stays may be possible during the time the condo is not fully occupied.Long term winter stays are available at $1300/mos or$600/week.
