This location will give you easy access to all freeways, Sports events,, Airport, Nightclubbing, Golfing, Walking or bike riding paths on the Canal. Close to the Zoo, Tempe-ASU, Fashion Square for shopping or the Biltmore, and other attractions. This property is quiet & exclusive.
Pool is not heated/Hot Tub is: Pool is not heated. The Jacuzzi /Hot tub is. It is heated year round.
Guest House is detached from the main house. Shared main Pool/ Hot tub are with the main house.
