The unit includes linens. There is a microwave, washer/dryer and a coffeemaker, as well as a VCR and the owners personal collection of videos, reading material and games..... Please enjoy these as you would your own. And most importantly, keep in mind there is NO SMOKING in or around this unit. Check In: 3 pm Check Out: 11am
