Deer Valley Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates vary by season from $525 - $575 per night. 10.4% tax required by the state.

Cancellations and Refunds:
A payment of 50% of the total rental is due within 7 days after the reservation is made. The full payment is due 60 days before arrival. If you cancel and we are able to re-rent your unit, you will receive a rebate equal to the amount we recover less a $175 handling fee. If we are not able to rent the unit following your cancellation, the money paid to date will be retained by the owner.
Add 3% fee for credit card payment. -
Daily rates vary from $525 per night to $579 per night depending on season.
Exit cleaning fee only charged on stays of 4 nights or less. For stays of 5 nights or more, there is no exit cleaning fee.
