Humacao Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Security Fee of $275.00 is required and it is returned once key is returned.
- Holiday rates will be at $1099 for the week. (Presidents, Easter, July 4, Election week, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year etc.
Additonal fee of $99-299.00 (depending on the season) will be assessed for electricity and air conditioning (Weekly). If less is consumed you will recieve a refund.
Long term stays can be arranged. - Weekly rates are 6 nights 7 days.
The monthly rates are negotiable depending on time frame. Please contact directly.
