Note: Additional condos may be available. We have lots of friends
who also own and there is an on site rental program if you have a
large group. We offer this to you at no cost. Just
give us as much time for arrangements and setups as you can. -
Cancellation Policy:
There is a 3 week cancellation policy in effect. In case of an emergency please cancel 21 days prior to your stay to receive full refund. Any time after the 21 day policy you forfeit your $200 deposit.

Payment & Terms:: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Payment by check only accepted for stays 30 days prior to date. Payment by money order only for stays 21 days prior to date. Payment online only by PayPal for stays less than 20 days prior. To pay by PayPal using your PayPal funds or any credit card. If you are not currently signed up with PayPal it's easy at their site and free! Note: until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Cancellations 3-weeks prior to check-in date fully refundable. Any periods less results in forfeiture of deposit amount.
On-site massage: Book yourself and/or your guests an in-condo massage by a licensed and insured massage therapist. Table and/or chair massage available. How about a massage party for that shopping trip you've planned as well? Appointment times may vary. Book in advance upon reservation. Prices vary depending on the size of your party. Subject to prior availability.
Amenities include:: Indoor & outdoor pools, indoor hot tubs Kids playground, basketball & tennis courts Lake swim dock Covered boat & PWC slip rentals & free boat launch and trailer storage available onsite Wonderful wrap around lakeside lighted walkway for that jog, or night time stroll.
Golf: There are many local golf courses around. Two of the best are with 2-minutes of our condo. They are Seasons Ridge & The Lodge of the Four Seasons. Award winning Osage National and Tan-Tar-A are very close as well. Brochures available at the club house.
